1. General Use Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.
2. Expiration and Fees Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.
3. Redemption Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.
4. Delivery Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Refunds and Exchanges Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
7. Balance and Transaction History You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
8. Fraud and Abuse We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.
10. Customer Support For questions or assistance with your gift card, please contact our Customer Support team or call the store directly.
- Floral varieties, containers and supplies are often limited. Factors like seasonality & market availability may cause your order to be substituted to match the style and feel of both the florals and the vase on our website. Orders placed with three (3) or more days in advance will help keep the design as close to as pictured.
Delivery Instructions Policy
We kindly ask for you to provide a cell phone number for the recipient, as well as any special instructions to aid the driver with the delivery of your gift (gate code, suite/unit/apt number, etc). In any given case that the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, you may be charged an additional fee for extra time alloted in the servicing of your order. We appreciate your understanding in advance.Timed Delivery Policy
While timed requests are welcome, orders are delivered first come-first serve and timed deliveries are not guaranteed. If you require guaranteed timed delivery, the option is available for an additional fee. Kindly call the studio directly to schedule your timed delivery at (626) 335-1943. The bulk of deliveries are completed during our normal delivery hours of 6am-8pm from Monday to Sunday (except on special holidays). You will be notified via text and/or email once your arrangement has been delivered.All Sales Final - NO REFUNDS
Please understand that as florals are perishable, all our sales are final - no refunds, no exceptions. If your order needs to be canceled or postponed, please call the studio and store credit can be provided for a future purchase as long as the arrangement has not left on a delivery route. Please note, if your flowers have already been arranged or are en route, a restocking fee is applicable.
