Along with continuing to service your phone and online orders, our studio is back open to the public for in-person visits. We would love to see you all face to face again!

Our deliveries are completed via contactless delivery. When placing your order, we kindly ask you to provide a cell phone number for yourself and the recipient (if available) so we are able to notify everyone once the arrangement has been delivered.

Additionally, while timed requests are welcome, orders are delivered first come, first serve and timed deliveries are not guaranteed. If you require guaranteed timed delivery, the option is available for an additional fee. The bulk of deliveries are completed during our business hours, updated regularly on our website and online. You will be notified via text and/or email once your arrangement has been delivered in a group message with the recipient.

Floral varieties, containers, and supplies continue to be limited due to shortages across the industry. With this in mind, we always aim to design your chosen arrangement as close as possible to match the style and feel of both the florals and the vase on our website, but keep in mind substitutions are likely.

Please understand that as florals are perishable, all our sales are final - no refunds, no exceptions. If your order needs to be canceled or postponed, please call the studio and store credit can be provided for a future purchase as long as the arrangement has not left on a delivery route. Please note, if your flowers have already been arranged or are en route, a restocking fee is applicable.

I sent an arrangement to a dear friend who lives in another town. I chose Glendora Florist based on online reviews and couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful arrangement or the level of customer service received. When the arrangement was delivered, I received a text message and email notification which included a photo of the delivered flowers at my friend's doorstep. This is during the 'no contact' period of Covid19. My friend was so delighted by the arrangement and commented several times on their beauty. Thank you Glendora Florist!!
